MM Villa is a residential project developed for a villa located in the MESA Yeşilyaka Koru site. The design scope covers both the interiors and the landscape areas, creating a unified living environment in which architecture, outdoor use, and daily comfort are considered together.

The landscape concept begins at the entrance and continues throughout the exterior with defined planting zones, lighting details, and carefully organized outdoor areas. A pool house with a fireplace seating area, bar, and jacuzzi corner strengthens the garden experience and adds a more social and comfort-oriented layer to the project.

Inside, the design balances the warmth of natural stone and parquet with gray and dark-toned furniture to create a refined and contemporary atmosphere. This design language continues into the children’s room with a more dynamic concept shaped by theme and color, while the master suite was reorganized by converting the former floor hall into a bedroom and redesigning the existing bedroom as a dressing room.
