Designed by TEAM Project for the Emlak Katılım Bank Headquarters in Istanbul, this interior architectural concept adopts a modern, minimalist, and functional design language that balances aesthetics and user experience. Dynamic linear elements, natural stone surfaces, and metal ceiling systems are complemented by neutral and earthy tones, while controlled daylight enhances comfort and energy efficiency.
Covering 35 floors and 35,000 m², the interior layout supports productivity through open-plan offices, ergonomic workstations, and technologically advanced meeting spaces. Executive offices, lobbies, and social areas are defined by refined materials, balanced lighting, and elegant detailing, reinforcing a prestigious corporate identity.
Sustainability plays a key role in the project, with targets including LEED, BREEAM, and ÇEDBİK certifications. Environmentally responsible materials and energy-efficient solutions ensure a contemporary interior that combines comfort, efficiency, and environmental awareness.
