Designed by TEAM Project, the Emlak Katılım Bank Headquarters is shaped by a modern, minimalist, and functional interior language. At the building's main entrance, the Main Branch and Private Banking areas welcome visitors with natural stone surfaces, dynamic linear lighting, and metal ceiling systems that reinforce a strong corporate identity.
Positioned within a high-rise office tower, the project supports productivity through open-plan work areas, ergonomic workstations, and technologically equipped meeting spaces. Floor lobbies and elevator landings are enriched with expansive glazing framing the city skyline, along with carefully considered typographic detailing.
Executive offices, lounge areas, and social spaces reinforce a prestigious corporate identity through balanced lighting, refined material choices, and elegant detailing. The result is a contemporary and cohesive corporate interior that brings together comfort and efficiency.
