TEAM Project » Mall » Bursa Marka MALL
Suryapı Marka Residence and Mall is a comprehensive mixed-use development located in Nilüfer, one of Bursa's rapidly growing and prestigious districts. This distinguished project features two residential towers of 27 and 22 stories and a 14-story home office block. The entire interior architectural concept, including the shopping center design and the architectural and interior planning of the sales office, has been meticulously executed by TEAM Proje Mimarlık.
Malls have become integral parts of everyday life, serving as spaces for social interaction and public engagement as well as retail functions. In this respect, the interior design of this project takes an approach that optimizes the user experience while balancing aesthetics and functionality. Spaces for consumption, relaxation and social interaction are the main arteries of the interior design.
Interior space planning is supported by seamless circulation areas, with material selections made based on criteria of aesthetics and durability. The furniture and equipment in common areas are ergonomic and functional, adding visual richness to the spatial narrative.
The atrium, positioned beneath skylights, allows for the even diffusion of natural light, enhancing the shopping experience while adhering to sustainable design principles. Display windows along the atrium periphery create visual dialogue between levels, layering and extending the user experience.
Lighting units embedded between wooden slats on the ceiling ensure effective and balanced illumination on each level, contributing aesthetic continuity to the atrium through a holistic vertical approach. The geometric form resulting from the interplay of textures and materials on the ceiling is mirrored on the floor, maintaining coherence among all elements of the space and enhancing the user experience.
In conclusion, Suryapı Marka Residence and Mall masterfully combines user experience, aesthetic values, and functionality in its interior design. The use of modern materials, open-plan spaces, and thoughtfully considered details render the project exemplary both aesthetically and functionally. This approach not only offers a unique experience to mall visitors but also adds significant value to the rapidly developing district of Nilüfer in Bursa.
