FCR GYO's headquarters has been designed as an employee-focused living space. Simple yet impressive color choices, attention to detail, and minimalist lines created with natural materials offer a comfortable and balanced office environment that adapts to the modern work pace.
Entrance and Reception Area
The entrance hall reflects FCR-GYO's corporate identity. The minimalist reception desk, elegant lighting elements, and organically transitioning seating arrangement make the reception area not only functional but also inviting.
Executive Floor and Boardroom Areas
The section reserved for senior management offers a stylish and comfortable atmosphere conducive to decision-making processes. The interior architecture, supported by natural light and spacious seating areas, creates a modern unity. The boardroom office and meeting rooms feature a contemporary layout that elegantly directs the flow between spaces through material transitions and ceiling details.
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms of various sizes are designed to support both inward focus and multi-participant collaboration. Controlled use of light, acoustic panels, and surfaces in natural tones facilitate meeting processes.
Office Areas and Open Workspaces
Open office areas feature a horizontal layout that increases employee interaction. Green touches and soft dividers create a balanced environment between privacy and visual continuity. Operational units separated by semi-open partitions maintain fluidity while offering employees comfortable breathing spaces.
Executive and Manager Offices
These rooms combine functionality and representation, featuring dark wood tones, modern furniture, and lighting choices. The integration of meeting areas into the rooms provides the necessary privacy while ensuring guest comfort.
Cafeteria and Lounge Area
Organically shaped seating arrangements, material choices designed with natural textures, and pendant lighting offer users a relaxing escape. The acoustic comfort provided by ceiling panels makes this area suitable for both individual and collective use.
Worship Area and Restroom Volumes
The worship area is designed as a peaceful space where tranquility and simplicity take center stage. Wall panels and lighting contribute to the serene atmosphere of this space. Restroom volumes feature a contemporary and clean design approach with matte ceramics, integrated fixtures, and concealed lighting.
The FCR-GYO Headquarters is conceived as a structure that goes beyond functionality, focusing on employee well-being and human-centered design. Its architectural approach offers solutions that support productivity, flexibility, and comfort, while creating a working environment compatible with the contemporary business world through its aesthetic and sustainability approach.
