Located within the MESA Yeşilyaka Su project, SM Villa was designed by Team Project with a holistic approach that integrates both interior and landscape architecture, aiming to create a peaceful living space in harmony with nature.
Landscape Areas: The villa’s garden is enlivened with water features, walking paths, and seating zones. The planting strategy focuses on species that are both climate-adaptive and visually cohesive. Around the pool, shaded pergolas and sunlit lounging areas are thoughtfully arranged to encourage both social interaction and relaxation.
Entrance & Foyer: The main entrance is defined by a strong central axis and is finished with wooden slatted panels and natural stone flooring. As users transition from the entrance hall into the interior spaces, wall panels and concealed lighting elements offer a sleek and modern design experience.
Living Areas & Kitchen: The living spaces are designed in connection with an open kitchen and dining area. Grey tones, marble surfaces, and soft-textured furnishings are harmoniously combined to create a unified interior language. Artworks and linear ceiling lighting strengthen the overall character of the space.
Bedrooms & Dressing Rooms: Located on the upper floor, the bedrooms emphasize natural light and openness through wide windows. The master suite includes a private dressing room and en-suite bathroom where comfort is prioritized. Material selections such as wood, fabric wall panels, and soft lighting enhance the cozy ambiance.
Hobby & Special-Use Spaces: On the ground floor, private-use areas such as a gym corner, bike wall, game room, and dedicated garage entrances are designed to support the lifestyle needs of the residents.
