Espadon Office is an office interior project in Istanbul designed by TEAM Project Architecture for Espadon Tower. With a 100 m2 footprint, the project was planned as a modern and transparent workplace including an entrance area, waiting zone, meeting room, executive office, open office space, and wet areas.
The reception and waiting area were treated as the key first-contact space, with a spacious layout, contemporary furniture, and a strong visual identity shaped by parametric partitions and linear LED lighting. Geometric floor patterns reinforce the overall design language, while the open-plan workspaces connect fluidly with the welcome area. Acoustic panels between desks support both visual order and sound control.
Meeting rooms and executive offices are enclosed with broad glass surfaces that strengthen transparency and maximize natural light throughout the interior. Together with the acoustic solutions used in enclosed spaces, this creates a workplace that feels open, efficient, and comfortable, while maintaining a clear balance between aesthetics and functionality.
