HK Gocek is presented by TEAM Project as a residential project that brings together architecture, interior design, landscape design, and implementation within a single cohesive concept. The official project text describes it as a design for twin villas, shaped around the idea of “an oasis in the desert,” where neutral tones and natural materials create a timeless and balanced design language.
A strong visual dialogue is established between the two villa structures through refined façade decisions and a consistent spatial language. Wooden slats at the entrance create a warm and welcoming architectural identity, while concealed lighting adds a more expressive character in the evening. The project also includes an inner garden accessed from the basement level, featuring a pool, winter garden, dining and barbecue area, and relaxation zones.
Large façade openings facing the garden help bring daylight and greenery into the living spaces, softening the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The combination of stone, wood, and tropical planting strengthens the calm, oasis-inspired atmosphere, resulting in a contemporary residential environment that feels both elegant and serene.

HB Villa is conceived as a refined residential project where interior design, newly added indoor areas, the pool zone, landscape design, project design, and project management were developed as one coordinated whole by TEAM Project. The design approach strengthens the existing architectural character while building a more cohesive relationship between the house, its interiors, and its outdoor living spaces.
The interior language is shaped by a calm palette of earthy tones enriched with turquoise accents that add contrast and continuity across different spaces. Wooden permeable divider surfaces, natural stone claddings, and carefully balanced material transitions create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, while gallery voids and custom lighting elements emphasize height, depth, and the architectural quality of the interiors. This layered approach also helps connect different functions into a unified residential experience.
Landscape design plays an equally important role in the project. Large open areas, selected planting compositions, and strategically placed water features create a calm and luxurious outdoor setting, while changes in elevation help define different zones of use and add depth to the environment. Overall, HB Villa presents a holistic living concept where interior architecture and landscape design come together in a balanced, elegant, and highly livable way.
