PROJECT TYPE
Shopping Mall / Interior Design
PROJECT AREA
104,000 m2
LOCATION
Nilüfer, Bursa
Bursa Marka AVM is conceived as a mixed-use shopping and living destination in Nilüfer, one of Bursa’s rapidly developing districts. The project combines retail functions with residential and office components, creating a contemporary urban complex that responds to modern lifestyle needs in a single integrated development.
TEAM Project was responsible for the interior architectural design scope, including the mall’s interior concept development as well as the architectural and interior design of the sales office. The design approach prioritizes clear circulation, durable and refined material selections, and common areas enriched with functional furniture and spatial clarity.
A central gallery space positioned beneath skylights allows daylight to spread evenly through the interior and strengthens the shopping experience through layered visual connections between floors. Lighting elements integrated between wooden ceiling slats create a sense of vertical continuity, while geometric forms reflected from ceiling to floor reinforce a cohesive and contemporary interior language focused on user experience, functionality, and aesthetic balance.
