The interior design of Safi Holding’s headquarters at Espadon Tower reflects TEAM Proje’s distinctive and timeless design vision. The floors allocated to the Chairman and top management were planned with a holistic approach, integrating lobbies, meeting rooms, workspaces, and relaxation areas. Neutral tones, natural materials, and refined contrasts create a contemporary and sophisticated atmosphere while preserving spatial continuity.
On the Chairman’s floor, open and transparent transitions connect the working, guest, and lounge areas into a cohesive composition. Minimal material selections, exposed ceilings, and a custom 4-meter executive desk emphasize clarity, depth, and functionality, balancing strong architectural character with efficient use.
The upper floors, including the lobby, cigar room, and lounge areas, continue this refined language with Calacatta marble, dark wood panels, and reflective surfaces enhancing depth and prestige. Carefully oriented seating areas frame the Bosphorus and Islands view, reinforcing comfort and exclusivity. Overall, the project embodies a lasting and sophisticated aesthetic shaped by natural materials and precise detailing.
