PROJECT TYPE
Interior Concept Design
Application Project Design
PROJECT AREA
500 m2
LOCATION
Istanbul | Tuzla
Villa Lucille is a residential project in Tuzla, on the eastern side of Istanbul. The architectural design was prepared by Kenan Deniz, while the interior concept design and application project design were developed by TEAM Project, resulting in a house shaped as a unified and carefully coordinated living environment.
The project is defined by a minimalist architectural language based on simple horizontal and vertical lines, geometric clarity, and generous glazed surfaces. These large openings strengthen the relationship between the house and its surroundings, frame uninterrupted views, and help merge the interior with the landscape in a seamless way.
Natural light plays a central role in the atmosphere of Villa Lucille. TEAM Project’s design approach emphasizes bright, open interiors, gallery voids, and strong visual continuity, while large sliding openings toward the garden improve daylight, airflow, and the sense of spatial freedom. The result is a calm, contemporary villa with a refined connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living.
