PROJECT TYPE
Interior & Landscape Design
PROJECT AREA
2000 m2
LOCATION
Istanbul
YB Villa is conceived as a contemporary residential project where interior and landscape design are developed as a single, integrated composition. The project brings together open, semi-open, and enclosed spaces through a refined spatial language shaped by nature-inspired details, creating a living environment that responds to modern needs while maintaining a calm and harmonious relationship with its surroundings.
Landscape design plays a central role in the identity of the project. Sculptural elements positioned throughout the exterior establish visual focal points, while level changes, differentiated ground treatments, and linear floor lighting create a strong sense of hierarchy and movement between various outdoor functions. This approach allows the open areas to feel connected, fluid, and experience-driven rather than separated into rigid zones.
Inside, the design continues this balance through a restrained material palette and warm contemporary detailing. Wood surfaces add softness and natural warmth, while concrete and marble textures introduce a more modern and architectural contrast. Together with carefully selected furniture that prioritizes comfort, flow, and usability, the project offers a refined residential atmosphere where aesthetics, functionality, and contemporary living are brought together in a cohesive way.
